Workforce Stability in Healthcare

Ā

Cariboo Living Healthcare Landing Program supports healthcare professionals relocating to Williams Lake and 100 Mile House through coordinated housing, local orientation, and ongoing community connection.

Working in collaboration with community partners and healthcare organizations, the program provides structured, relationship-based support that strengthens early site experience and long-term retention.

What is Cariboo Living?

Cariboo Living is the Cariboo Chilcotin regional implementation of the Healthcare Landing Program — a community-based framework designed to support healthcare recruitment, retention, and integration across Williams Lake and 100 Mile House.

We work alongside healthcare partners, local organizations, and families to help new arrivals feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
