My Background
With clients from literally all corners of the world, my home base is currently in Williams Lake, British Columbia.
I started my career as a healthcare professional in 2005 as an early intervention occupational therapist, where I took on consulting projects off the side of my desk, so to speak. I've always been fascinated by back-end systems, organizational infrastructure and project management.
In 2012, I resigned from my position to test the waters of entrepreneurship... I ran a private practice for five years with a focus on women's health and family wellness... And in 2018, I hung up my clinical hat altogether to advance my career in coaching and consulting.
I'm passionate about many things, including solo road trips, time by the ocean, good coffee, personal development and yes, a well-laid out spreadsheet!

I relocated from the East Coast of Canada to British Columbia in 2005, to begin my career in Occupational Therapy as an early intervention pediatric OT with a non-profit organization. I was a “rural generalist”, meaning I worked with anyone and everyone, using a variety of service delivery models including consultation, coaching, direct service, family education and community health promotion.

The last couple of years have been about finding my groove as a consultant, a team leader and a CEO.
I love helping my clients to get the right systems and operations in place so they can streamline the chaos and have a bigger impact with their work.
While I continue to work with business owners from all over the world, I've also been doing more in-person consulting work with organizations and healthcare professionals in my hometown.
I truly have the best of both worlds in how I'm able to work with my people. And I'd love for you to join me on this journey!

Our Transformation into a Consulting FirmÂ
In 2013, with a toddler underfoot, I officially opened my first business called "Strong Beginnings Family Wellness & Consulting Services".
I wanted to keep one foot in the clinical world as I continued my training in women's health and early brain development, I was also continually drawn to the world of adult education and consulting.
By 2016, I had created a new revenue stream for my business in the form of an online course geared towards other therapists. Shortly after, the requests started coming in for more coaching support, where I worked closely with other OT entrepreneurs to strengthen the overall efficiency of their businesses.
